How can it be? It just doesn't seem possible that a year ago today I was walking around the hospital corridors, holding my super hot gown closed, waiting out contractions. And then welcoming into the world this magical little creature. But it's true. Our sweet girl is a year old today.

We had her little celebration yesterday, and I'm hoping to get some pictures up soon. I think it may have been a bit overwhelming for her. She had this look of "what's going on and why are all these people staring at me?" most of the time. But no real tears, as was the case this very same day 31 years ago:



I don't know, I guess I just didn't like Snoopy all that much?
